It seems that ICC (Internet Chess Club) no longer provide free trial membership? You need to download Dasher (software) to Login. Somehow, it keep track of how many times you registered/login use a same computer. It only allow twice and if you registered for the 3rd time, it will not allow you to login again. It will direct you to the payment page?!
